2016年全球工業(yè)機器人銷售額突破132億美元,其中亞洲地區(qū)首當(dāng)其沖,銷售總額高達(dá)76億美元,歐洲地區(qū)銷售額達(dá)26.4億美元,北美地區(qū)銷售額達(dá)17.9億美元。以中國、美國、日本、韓國、德國為代表的主要國家銷售額總計占據(jù)了全球銷量的3/4。
