據(jù)悉，從2018年開始，我國將在推動(dòng)工業(yè)企業(yè)內(nèi)網(wǎng)改造升級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)上，在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域逐步部署IPv6、窄帶物聯(lián)網(wǎng)(NB-IoT)、軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)(SDN)、5G等先進(jìn)技術(shù)，并以此形成成熟的工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用和生產(chǎn)體系。

工信部透露，到2020年，我國工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)體系將初步形成，有望建成10個(gè)左右跨行業(yè)、跨領(lǐng)域，能夠支撐企業(yè)數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)級(jí)平臺(tái);到2020年，我國還將利用推進(jìn)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的契機(jī)，培育30萬個(gè)面向特定行業(yè)、特定場(chǎng)景的工業(yè)APP，推動(dòng)30萬家企業(yè)應(yīng)用工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)開展研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)制造、運(yùn)營管理等業(yè)務(wù)。屆時(shí)，工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)性、支撐性作用將初步顯現(xiàn)。

據(jù)悉，我國將會(huì)率先在汽車、航空航天、石油化工、機(jī)械制造、電子元器件等企業(yè)推廣相應(yīng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)升級(jí)和技術(shù)應(yīng)用，同時(shí)會(huì)圍繞數(shù)控機(jī)床、工業(yè)機(jī)器人、大型動(dòng)力裝備等關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域，實(shí)現(xiàn)智能控制、智能傳感、工業(yè)級(jí)芯片與網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信模塊的集成創(chuàng)新，幫助企業(yè)形成一系列具備聯(lián)網(wǎng)、計(jì)算、優(yōu)化功能的新型智能裝備和智能生產(chǎn)流程。業(yè)內(nèi)普遍認(rèn)為，一旦工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)得以快速應(yīng)用，上述產(chǎn)業(yè)將順利進(jìn)入智能化生產(chǎn)時(shí)代。

工信部解讀文件顯示，工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)人、機(jī)器、車間、企業(yè)等主體以及設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、管理、服務(wù)等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的全要素泛在互聯(lián)的基礎(chǔ)，是工業(yè)智能化的“血液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)”，是實(shí)現(xiàn)全球供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)精準(zhǔn)對(duì)接、產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理和智能化服務(wù)的前提和基礎(chǔ)。因此，我國對(duì)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展高度重視，并出臺(tái)了一系列推進(jìn)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用和發(fā)展的政策和措施。

目前，工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為制造業(yè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新趨勢(shì)已是全球共識(shí)。市場(chǎng)咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)YoleDevelopment預(yù)測(cè)，2020年全球工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用的專門傳感器預(yù)計(jì)超過300億件;工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)接入機(jī)器設(shè)備數(shù)量將爆炸式增長，2015年接入規(guī)模為26億件，到2021年，這一數(shù)字將超過100億件，實(shí)現(xiàn)高達(dá)25%的年復(fù)合增長率。
