進(jìn)入大陸投資的第30個(gè)年頭，代工巨頭富士康的A股之路掃清了最后的障礙。3月8日，富士康工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)股份有限公司的首發(fā)獲得通過(guò)。
從2月1日招股書申報(bào)稿上報(bào)到首發(fā)獲批，短短36天，讓富士康股份創(chuàng)造出A股IPO的新速度，其火速過(guò)審，成為“獨(dú)角獸”概念的最好樣本。
富士康還是體形龐大的“獨(dú)角獸”。272.532億元的募資額讓它的融資規(guī)模在A股募資史上排名第11位，排在它前面的均為國(guó)字頭的央企。此外，富士康股份更是A股募資額超200億元的唯一科技企業(yè)。富士康股份的營(yíng)收和凈利潤(rùn)也在A股位列第一梯隊(duì)。

與此同時(shí)，監(jiān)管層也在不斷釋放利好消息。3月9日，證監(jiān)會(huì)主席劉士余對(duì)外界表示，在多方調(diào)研后，從兩會(huì)期間代表、委員們的意見(jiàn)來(lái)看，要求加強(qiáng)對(duì)新經(jīng)濟(jì)企業(yè)支持力度的呼聲很高。近期，特別是在黨的十九大之后，經(jīng)過(guò)有關(guān)部委的共同努力，現(xiàn)在大家已經(jīng)有高度共識(shí)，并將會(huì)有相關(guān)的制度落地。“這個(gè)成效可能會(huì)比企業(yè)期待得稍微慢一點(diǎn)，比你們期待得可能會(huì)快一些，屆時(shí)會(huì)詳細(xì)討論。”

新經(jīng)濟(jì)企業(yè)如何在A股上市？劉士余表示，“我們會(huì)創(chuàng)造很多工具，或設(shè)置相應(yīng)的制度安排，但是要讓企業(yè)自己選擇，而不是政府規(guī)定。同時(shí)，這種工具和機(jī)制要符合相關(guān)法律及相關(guān)國(guó)際組織的規(guī)定。”
上交所相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人稱，目前上交所已形成了一套以服務(wù)“BATJ”(百度、阿里、騰訊、京東的統(tǒng)稱)類企業(yè)、“獨(dú)角獸”企業(yè)為對(duì)象的服務(wù)方案，多措并舉，助力優(yōu)質(zhì)創(chuàng)新企業(yè)發(fā)展。據(jù)介紹，上交所更多關(guān)注的是如何讓投資者獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的紅利、如何讓資源配置更優(yōu)化地服務(wù)于實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)、如何讓“獨(dú)角獸”企業(yè)在登陸上交所后發(fā)展得更高質(zhì)更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)、如何推動(dòng)培育更多“BATJ”類公司的出現(xiàn)。

上交所相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，2月28日，三六零安全科技在上交所舉行重組更名上市儀式；3月2日，小米公司供應(yīng)鏈金融資產(chǎn)支持證券100億元儲(chǔ)架發(fā)行獲得上交所無(wú)異議函；3月8日，富士康工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司成功過(guò)會(huì)并擬在上交所上市，這些已成為上交所發(fā)揮其全方位服務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，支持優(yōu)質(zhì)創(chuàng)新企業(yè)上市融資的標(biāo)志性事件。

首次當(dāng)選全國(guó)人大代表的深交所總經(jīng)理王建軍對(duì)外界表示，目前對(duì)于新經(jīng)濟(jì)的期待主要有兩方面的內(nèi)容：一是已在境外上市的BATJ之類回歸A股，二是還未上市的新經(jīng)濟(jì)企業(yè)在A股上市。王建軍對(duì)這兩類企業(yè)都表示歡迎：“深交所應(yīng)該成為新經(jīng)濟(jì)的主場(chǎng)，有能力培育出世界一流企業(yè)。”
