NX series ultrasoning system is designed by our company,combining with the advantages of foreign and domestic trades.The instrument is mainly used in single monocrystal silicon sheet, electric parts,lens,hardware and precision techanical parts.
本系列的清洗系統(tǒng)具有以下特點(diǎn)：
1、全不銹鋼，外型美觀大方，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊合理。
2、設(shè)置液位安全控制系統(tǒng)，確保設(shè)備正常工作。
3、設(shè)置過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)，保證溶液清潔度。
4、獨(dú)特的拋動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)，保證溶液清潔度。
5、加熱及自動(dòng)恒溫系統(tǒng)。恒溫范圍20攝氏度至90攝氏度（可調(diào)）。
6、以水劑加熱適量清洗劑作為清洗溶液，成本低，工藝成熟。
7、獨(dú)特的鋸齒溢水口設(shè)計(jì)，保證有足夠水位，且不斷把浮在水面上的贓物溢出。
8、獨(dú)特的溶劑冷脫硅片干燥技術(shù)，大大降低硅片甩干碎片率，同時(shí)提高硅片的干燥亮度。
